The Vetoron-K natural food coloring is a water solution of beta-carotene.
Vetoron-K is intended to be used for the coloring food products.
The technological and organoleptic properties of the Vetoron-Ê coloring:
A viscous fluid of a red-orange color (intensive coloring);
A specific, weak carrot scent;
Ideal to add to both hot and cold water;
Has heat stability at temperatures from -4 to 100ºÑ, at increased temperatures up to 200ºÑ losses make up only 25–30 %;
High stability of stored products.
The use of Vetoron-K food-coloring in the recipes and technology of pasta and confectionary production does not interfere with technological process, does not essentially effect the cost of products and allows a wider range of products.
